Chris Marlowe, Sherry, I hear you, regarding Don S. Davis. I got an email while I was at work the other day, and it sort of stopped me in my tracks for a bit. I've met him at numerous conventions and a few years back, he specifically asked to meet my little sister. She has Down Syndrome and he could see she was a big fan of the show. He asked for her to be brought back stage so he could talk to her without the pressure of doing it from the stage. I had forwarded the email I received to my dad so he could tell my sister what had happened. He said she went straight into her room and got out the picture she had taken with Don when she got to meet him.

maryrovr Oh too bad. I've never been rained out of a fireworks show, but one time fireworks were delayed until after midnight. That was one long time. *g*

C.Marlowe- Yupper. We are on a very small lake... nothing over a 5hp engine... no jet skis, speed boats etc. I never had to worry about my kids getting run over when they would swim across the lake when they were younger. It is also much quieter! We usually do fireworks right on our beach, plus there is 3 other cabins that do a great fireworks show! We don't even have to go into town to watch any!

I hope everyone has a great 4th of July!! If anyone needs me, I'm the one on the big round floaty in the middle of the lake. Drink in hand of course!

Hatchman- I am still posting but not every day... seems like I have actually been busy at work these days! I lurke EVERY DAY, but don't always have time to post! It was buzzing pretty good here around Finale time... tons of speculation that was very interesting, and some pretty wild. I have seen Exil, DiamondLife and Smoknjo sightings in the past few months. Exil is very busy with her family and her job and Smoknjo with his little papoose (as you can now attest to!) and DL posts occassionally too. I haven't seen MrsShepard in some time though... hope she is OK and that university is going well for her. I miss You All Everybody!!

You HAVE got to see this artwork!! It will blow your mind (it did mine!!!). the website is www.jennifermaestre.com......please look at this.....and all you bunnies know me....i would not be sending you to some awful web site if it was not clean or dangerous.....this is just incredible art....out of 1 inch sharpen colored pencils......what people can do...amazing!!!!!

yukailin Thank You! When I heard Ron Perlman was assuming the Hellboy role, I knew any movie would be good. Having Del Toro do the sequel boded very well.

Ebdim9th, Chris Marlowe That's OK, I added an extra L by mistake.

Hellboy II was good fun. The guy playing the Prince was amazing, physically, he's just a joy to watch fight. There were some very sweet and silly character moments, and then, there are some logic gaps in where the characters go. It's good fun, amazing visuals, awesome fight sequences, but the decision the group makes at the very end will make you scratch your head because you never see them ever talk about it.

So, go have fun, get your popcorn, but don't expect it to be Shakespeare.

So it's the perfect time to get to know all the regulars. And if you want eppy and character talk, the Threaded Board is the place to go, although it's undergoing a major facelift at the moment.


Chris Marlowe, leave it to me to have gone to a movie and a party and then come in here and post at 11:20pm. BTW, the movie was Hellboy II and the party was the Premiere Party in LA.

Hi ev'ryone. I'm a fan from Lima, Peru. A BIG ONE! I don't miss a single episode of my favorite show: LOST. Here they broadcast it via the cable channel AXN. Subtitled in Spanish of course. I liked the show since the first shot. Jack waking up in the middle of the jungle. But I knew this show was going to become a landmark with the WALKABOUT episode.
My favorite couple of the show is Penny & Des, I really enjoyed when she found him in the 4th season finale, such a great moment!

Hey DrU! I have the e-mail. It seems that select registrants will be able to participate in the recruitment exercise by taking an "aptitude test" at Comic-Con (July 24). After the con "Dharma's full recruitment program" will be available online after July 27th.

ETA - There are also supposed to me more e-mails to come as the dates get closer.

Well, the upgraded TB was up a few moments ago, but it appears to be down again for more tweakage.

I was able to go over and visit the Fringe Division and Flicks n Shows. Some of the formatting appears to be askew, so hopefully that is what is being tweaked.

Cool...makes me excited to start enjoying Fringe! You had me going, though, I thought you were refering to the new TB here - LOL! Or are you saying it's gonna be like the Fringe one?
